A Few Pictures to go with the REHASH...

As part of the rehash, here are a few pictures starting with Thomas, the big two year old, on his two year old birthday filled with close friends, family, and tractor cupcakes.  Can't believe he's already TWO!

Thomas helped Dan pack up his stuff in his Snell and Wilmer office and had to have one last picture with Daddy and his office view of the Dbacks stadium - and he had to remind him that the Cubs are "stinky".  According to Thomas, "I don't wike those Cubs.  I wike the Diamondbacks!"

In our last week in Phoenix, Thomas had a couple of different opportunities to spend with his best buddy, Jackson, whom we are truly grateful for meeting at the library last October.  Jackson and his parents, Becka and Kevin, were becoming great friends of ours and we will truly miss them.  Jackson, another blonde haired blue-eyed little guy, and Thomas loved playing with Lightening McQueen, Mater, and lots of trucks and tractors!

In our final days in Phoenix, we were also able to have one final "Bible-study" get-together (with the food and fellowship and no Bible study) with our close friends from our church family, PCRC.  Over the past year, a small group of us have been meeting on Wednesdays at our house every other week to have dinner together and go through Francis Chan's book, Multiply.  It has been a wonderful experience.  Although we didn't get a group picture of the big kids, we did capture Caitlyn and Thomas sharing a meal together - and Bernie waiting for them to share some with him!  Thanks to the Haches, Morrisons, Van Zuidens, and Bremers for your friendship.  We are missing you already :(.

And to end this particular post, we'll sum up the REHASH with some pics of the Tman.  Here he is, happy as ever, with his last "oh-gurt" trip for awhile in Phoenix with Dan and me.  We took him along to hear "Baby Sister's heartbeat" and treated him to yogurt (more like the toppings) afterwards.

Dan and I were busy packing up and organizing the last full day we were in town and asked Thomas what he wanted to do on his last day in Phoenix and he said, "Let's go swimmin'!"  So indeed we did! We plopped on the 50 SPF and pulled out the swim toys and enjoyed one last family dip.  Mom and Dad opted out of the pic for more reasons than one!

And these two pics don't really need captions - it's hard being TWO and this moving stuff is for the birds!  We are praising God Thomas has slept well through everything he's be drug along with and for the past three months.  Let's just pray he continues to sleep well the next few months, too!!
